Launch, operate, and distribute
tokenized
private-market
products.
Cadmos Finance turns a private-market launch into an operating system: investor onboarding, compliance controls, subscription and redemption settlement, reporting, fees, and distribution — with Cadmos Pay for bank-to-invest access when the product qualifies.
Built for private markets,
not generic tokenization.
Cadmos is deliberately focused. We serve private-market products — credit issuances, private raises, feeders, SPVs, and funds — where tokenization only matters if onboarding, compliance, servicing, and distribution work as one system.
Debt & Private Credit
Tokenize note programmes, syndicate tranches, and automate coupons, redemptions, and investor servicing. A natural Rapid Launch lane.
Private Raises
Run issuer-led placements with qualified investor onboarding, legal signature, whitelist controls, and a clean subscription path.
Feeder & SPV Structures
Create tokenized feeders and SPV wrappers for existing strategies, with access rules and reporting tied to the transfer layer.
Funds
Run tokenized fund structures with subscriptions, redemptions, NAV, reporting, and fee workflows in one managed environment. This is the Managed Platform lane: white-label, operational, and built for recurring fund activity.
A managed digital-asset platform for fund managers, covering asset and liability workflows while keeping end-investor protection at the center. Built in partnership with Hedgeguard.
The hard part is everything
around the token.
A private-market launch breaks when the surrounding systems do not connect: investors, documents, compliance, settlement, servicing, and distribution.
A vendor stack nobody owns
Legal, KYC, tokenization, administration, and servicing sit in separate dashboards. The audit trail dies in the handoffs.
Onboarding slows the raise
KYC, accreditation, document review, and signature become manual follow-up instead of a single investor path.
Operations fall back to spreadsheets
NAV, subscription ledgers, fees, redemptions, and distributions are still reconciled by hand.
Compliance depends on memory
Eligibility, whitelist rules, transfer restrictions, and jurisdictional limits belong in code, not in someone's inbox.
Distribution is treated as an afterthought
The product goes live before anyone has solved who can access it, fund it, and subscribe.
Three layers.
The workflows that make a launch real.
Investor surface, operations, and compliance are not add-ons. They are the operating layer that turns a tokenized product into something investors and administrators can actually use. Explore each module on the platform page

Questions before
your launch?
The questions serious issuers usually ask before committing scope, timeline, and operating model.
Cadmos Finance is managed tokenization infrastructure for private-market products. The protocol handles the on-chain layer; the platform adds investor onboarding, compliance rules, admin and investor portals, distribution options, and operating support.
Cadmos focuses on debt and private-credit programmes, issuer-led private raises, feeders and SPVs, and tokenized fund structures. Real estate, private equity, receivables-backed instruments, and similar private-market assets are in scope when the operating model fits those lanes.
Rapid Launch is a standardized Cadmos-powered package for one product and one structure. Managed Platform is a white-label operating environment with branded investor and admin portals plus recurring operations. Cadmos IO scopes regulated, bespoke, or partner deployments.
Standardized Rapid Launch scopes can start from 2 weeks and commonly run 2–6 weeks, depending on structure, investor onboarding, and service-provider readiness. Managed Platform launches usually take 8–14 weeks. Regulated or bespoke partner deployments are scoped separately.
Investors complete KYC, accreditation or classification, document review, and e-signature through the investor portal. Cleared wallets are added to the whitelist, and transfer rules enforce eligibility, jurisdiction, holding, and lifecycle constraints at the token layer.
Cadmos supports EVM-compatible chains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, BSC, Avalanche, and Optimism. Base currencies can be ERC-20 assets such as USDC, USDT, EUROC, wrapped BTC / ETH, or another configured token.
Cadmos supports cut-off windows, NAV-based pricing, delivery-versus-payment settlement, subscription and redemption ledgers, ticket limits, cooldowns, and pause controls. Cash and token legs follow the configured issuance rules.
Yes. Multiple share classes, master / feeder architectures, and SPV wrappers are supported. Each class can carry its own fee schedule, access rules, distribution policy, and reporting view.
Cadmos Pay gives qualifying launches a bank-to-invest path: dedicated IBAN, app balance, eligibility checks, and a guided subscription journey. Investors get a digital-banking experience while stablecoin settlement and on-chain whitelisting run behind the scenes.
NAV snapshots, performance history, cap-table state, subscriptions, redemptions, fee and distribution records, and admin audit logs are surfaced in the portals. Key events can be anchored on-chain and exported for auditors, administrators, or service providers.
